The lobby was awesome (big screen touch screen map was a lifesaver), staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was cramped and it was very apparent that the bathroom was not cleaned. There was no housekeeping on staff and all rooms were booked. A staff member did quickly come with a spray bottle and wipe down the shower I ended up scrubbing the shower myself, never received an apology from housekeeping. Other than that my overall stay was great!!

we stayed at this hotel for our visit to spokane to see some family. The quality of service was amazing! They worked so hard to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. our family wanted to come visit us at the hotel but our room was not big enough for 15 people so they let us meet in the lobby wich was perfect!! the food in their new bistro was delicious. better than I thought it was going to be for a hotel but I was very plesantly suprised!! I will absolutly come back to this hotel every time I go to spokane and I hope you all do too!!
