Staff was great and very helpful, pointing out amenities at check in. The only reason I rated lower on staff/service & security was that when we came in from the parking lot at 11:00 pm and went to use our room key in the secure lock on the outside door, we noticed the security door was propped open. Later that night, when I needed some assistance at the front desk no one was there. I waited for about 5 minutes in the lobby, then stepped behind the desk and the gentleman was there, but hadn't heard me. I realize they don't want to stand there throughout the evening, but need to have a way for guests to get their attention if they go in the back.
We were there a few days before the "official" opening, so they may have been working out some kinks. Overall a great stay, and we will stay there again.
