  This is the worst place we have ever stayed...did not receive roomservice the entire 3 days we were there.. had to get your own towels... never brought sheets or ...

  This is the worst place we have ever stayed...did not receive roomservice the entire 3 days we were there.. had to get your own towels... never brought sheets or blankets for one of our beds.. had one roll of toilet paper for three days... to be put off each day by a rude front desk person.. and a manager who come to find out lives there but couldn't be bothered with a customer.. Booked this reservation through the travel website who did not give a crap either...only to get home and find we were double charged by travelocity and the crappy hotel both for this piece of crap experience... Still being put off by both places when we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for the price of this hole in the wall...Would not recommend travelocity or Crossland Economy to board you dog in especially not your children and grandchildren..
