I drove six hours to the hotel and was exhausted when I arrived. I parked in the hotel parking lot which is very convenient to the front entrance. The front desk employees were helpful, pleasant and check-in was very fast. The room was clean and nice. Stayed two nights and slept like a baby. I'm not sure as to why a pair of ear plugs wrapped inside a nice little bag were on the bed, but did not need them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay close to downtown Orlando and preferably to the business related travelers. Yes I would stay here again and again.

Don't be fooled! Being located at intersection of I-4 and W Colonial means you get to listen to I-4 all night and a train that runs at midnight every night - Crowne Plaza needs to invest in some sound-proofing other than the foam earplugs in the complimentary toiletry kit! We were just unpacking when there was a knock at the door - another guest had just been assigned to our room...good thing they had a sense of humor about it. No pool or other outdoor space. And you won't need the coupons for breakfast, because you can't get anyone to wait on you in the restaurant. SO if you book this hotel, or get stuck with it like I did by "naming my own price", remember to bring: your GPS so you can find a place to eat, real earplugs from home, motrin for the back pain from the horrible beds, and a locksmith - our door would not open

This place had the appearance of a great hotel... but, it was very dirty and unwelcoming. At check-in I was told no smoking in rooms or you would incurr a $250 charge for cleanup (which is great for me since I don't smoke). However, when I get into my room, it smells like an ashtray!! The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was downright nasty. Unfortunately for the hotel, the location also wasn't the greatest and finding the entrance to the hotel was a nightmare!

This hotel is located right off of I 4 and is VERY noisy. They have beautiful french doors out to a balcony that are locked shot and not usable. This only serves to allow ample noice into your room. The walls are paper thin and so bad that you can hear actual conversations in the next room. My neighbor was on the phone and I heard his entire phone call with clarity. The amenities are equally bad. There is only one ice machine in the hotel which is located on the 2nd floor. The ATM is always out of order and from what I am told by hotel staff, this is a chronic issue. There is no pool and no fitness center. The food is okay if you don't expect much. They serve cheap dinner type food and charge luxury hotel prices for it. The staff are well versed in apologizing, but do not know how to fix problems that occur during your stay. This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn and failed at that level.
