The hotel was very nice. Excellent guest service. The room was very nice, modern, well stocked and very comfortable. Only one thing could have been better with the room-they need more lighting in the bathroom. (shower and vanity area were dark) Downtown location ok but would be difficult to park without the valet service.

08/24/2008While this hotel wasn't the worst i've ever stayed in, there were a few more disappointments than i would have liked. they sent us to the wrong room ...
While this hotel wasn't the worst I've ever stayed in, there were a few more disappointments than I would have liked. They sent us to the wrong room and after the mistake we were upgraded to a better room. The toilet and phone in the upgraded room didn't work. After we asked them three times to fix it, they gave us complementary breakfast coupons. The valets were very nice and helpful. They offered a free shuttle any time over to international park. The location of this hotel is its selling point. Right on Summit Street across the river from International Park. The food in the restaurant was good, if a bit over priced, the service could use some work. For the price you pay here, you'd expect a little more quality.
