  Room was ok, bathrooms were terrible, old and run down. We rented 4 rooms and the heaters did not work correctly in two of them. There was nothing open on the lobby floor. If you wanted a drink or to eat you had to drive somewhere else.

  Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach was excellent. We came for just a one day get away with the family and when we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. Once we obained our room key and location, our room was clean and above satisfactory standards. The hotel was near and convenient to other well known department stores and eateries. Excellent location to get to and from the highway. I would definitely recommend this location.

  When we finally reached this hotel I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The photos that are on the net didn't do it much justice. We had a very nice room, the staff I encountered was very pleasant. I will more than likely stay there again.

  I was able to book the Crowne Plaza at the last minute through a online travel website even though the hotel told me they were booked. The hotel was very clean, rooms nice size and staff extremely nice. There was even an added bonus of microwave and fridge. The bathroom was outdated and very small but the comfy bed made up for it. A continental breakfast would have been nice but overall the hotel was a great experience
