The hotel was in a very ghetto place. The rooms were way too small. We were on the first floor where you could hear everyones conversations. There were loud drunks until 4:30am. We got no sleep. And then breakfast started at 7am where we heard kids running around and people

The hotel is in not so nice part of milw and parking was terrible. The noise level was quit high from the street. The King suite might as well been the closet of the hotel. King size bed in a twin room. No room to move. The thrid person who stayed had to make up their own bed, on the only piece of furniture in the sitting area. The little kitchen area that was nice. Want to be high end and will not make with the size of rooms used. I would diffently make a different chose next time. Low end hotel looks good after staying here.

We checked in on a Saturday and just happened to be in the elevator with the owners daughter that lived there that overheard me mentioning the run down Airport location. Comparing the two is easy this location has much better updated decor and rooms. There is a small fridge and microwave plus coffee maker. Alright spread for continental breakfast. Reading the other reviews I encountered some of the same problems, after returning @ night the parking lot was full and we had to park on the street. We didnt use the shower because of an ice storm that happened that weekend but its true how cold the floors were, our rooms wasnt cleaned well either cuz there was a wet towel behind the door but other than that enjoyed the free wifi and nice tv.

The location was good, the bed comfortable and the large flat screen TV are the positives. The negatives, front desk was pleasant though no help on dining options and on there cell phone the entire time (check in & out) The room no remote control, cups or glasses . No in room information guide and the channel on the TV that was to provide the information did not exist. The room had not been cleaned properly (crumbs on floor etc) The worst was the bathroom the large walk-in marble shower, the water never hot enough for a proper shower and the marble on the floor and shower kept the room frigid had to put the extra towels on the floor as it was frigid to stand on (this is Wisconsin in winter) The room lay out could have been better (2 nightstands,over-sized desk) wasted potential.Continental breakfast was average. Would not stay again..Splurge and go to Hotel Metro instead.

We have been traveling the country and have stayed at many hotels. If your staying in Milwaukee, this hotel offers above average rooms, and pleasant and caring staff. The free shuttle which will take you anywhere in the city, was a surprise extra.
