After a bit of apprehension because it was a fairly small hotel with motel room style porches, we entered a well appointed comfortablely sized room with a full kitchenette, very clean. The granite surfaces reflect the updating of the rooms giving a newness to it. The only problem was that the mirror in the bath above the sink counter was not usable because it was placed into one of the rooms angles. A cafe would have been nice. The convenience of viewing and getting onto the beach was the best. The signal for the cell phone was great, unlike our last Daytona Beach stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent rooms for the money. The first day we were there we had to call to have our room serviced at 3:00 in the afternoon. Watch out the front desk staff seems very clueless our stay was prepaid with travelocity, still had two other charges on my credit card statement, the girl that checked me in charged my card and the girl that checked me out charged my card again. Great place to stay but beware of over charges!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days before our kids joined us. The staff accomodated us when there were problems, the hotel pool was clean and the beach was just feet away. If you prefer the hustle of the nightlife, then dont stay here, but if you like sitting by the pool on a breezy night with a sky full of stars and the sound of the waves, then you would enjoy it here. The room was clean with a large spacious bathroom. On our return with the kids we planned to stay here as well but the room we reserved was flooded from air conditioning problems... although disappointed and a full hotel with no other rooms to move us to, the mngr accomodated us at a hotel next door and did what he could to remedy the situation. We would certainly stay here again.
