Not really sure what hotel the last comment was about but certainly not this one. No exterior doors on the room, all interior. Excellent staff that were always friendly. My Husband and I loved it. The Breakfast is excellent! As a priority club member we received it free. We did have to pay for the juice, but we could have ordered coffee or other drinks for free. (I have to have my OJ fix). Overall great hotel. The new renovations are looking great as well.

We stayed during a high school play-off game. Check-in was simple, desk staff helpful. Rooms were clean and holter access easy for room amd parking. The pool and workout room were small but perfect as they were not busy. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The breakfast was adequate~however the fresh fruit and pineapple was delicious as was the coffee. Comfy bed! The hallways/parking lot (just outside my window) were a little noisey in the am. Good location-close to the FREE Airborne and Special Ops. Museum and Crown Center. Easy to get to and safe area. Next time will call direct and get STATE RATE...I over paid through Travelocity. :(

This hotel was a great value and a comfortable stay. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were at the end off the hall, near the stairwell, so there was a little bit of noise at times, but nothing too disturbing. The only negatives were the key cards are very sensitive to being demagnetized, which was a pain cause we couldn't get in our room. Also, the breakfast is not included at the in hotel restaurant, although it is quite tasty. The location was convenient and easy to find. It was helpful that it was near a few restaurants so we didn't have to go far to find food.

Bed was only full size, seemed way to small for 2 adults. Of all the hotels that we stayed at during this trip to FL, this was at the bottom of the list. Not impressed at all.
