This hotel was horrible. Elevator out of order, ice machine on our floor out of order, no towels left the 2nd day by housekeeping and was told when we called, they did not have any. Finally got ONE for the two of us, yes ONE towel. there was a huge water stain on the ceiling above one of the beds and the day we left it was raining hard and we could here the water dripping on the ceiling! Horrible hotel, no fridge, nothing! TV did not work properly. I could not find anything nice to say about this place except the people working there were nice. They were probably scared to death they were going to get chewed out any minute! Not their fault. The owners need to do something. It could be a nice place!!!!!!! I will not be going back to give it a change though.

05/13/2010Poorly maintained hotel. very short on customer service. the breakfast is a joke. be careful of hidden charges on your bill that show up at the end.

We were unhappy with the pet policy. Too many dogs could be heard at different times of day/night. We definitely were very unhappy when we went to the swimming pool and found a dog occupying the room. We left!!! Other than the above complaint we found the motel comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

this was the worst hotel ever bathroom w/o shower I had a 9mth baby couldn't give him a bath. The room stink smell like old carpet. Bathroom wasn't clean had dirty towels in it, toilet wasn't clean. The sheets were dirty they had blood on my pillow. the desk had a nasty attitude. When I ask to change rooms they refuse to do so

My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On two consecutive days, items from our room turned up missing while we were out and the hotel housekeeping staff had been in to clean our room. It took the manager more than 24 hours to discuss this problem with us. She took the position that her staff could never have done such a thing and was rude to us in the lobby of the hotel in front of guests. We ended up filing a police report to get the theft documented. In addition to this problem, the hotel is very dirty, linens are dirty, security doors are open 24 hours a day, dogs are allowed to bark on and on, the breakfast is basically nonexistent. Do not waste your money here!
