01/16/2011Well to start our stay. we heard the manager screaming at a customer????? then we got our keys for our room and was told 313 was our room number. so ...
Well to start our stay. We heard the manager screaming at a customer????? then we got our keys for our room and was told 313 was our room number. So we got into room 313 upon getting ready we noticed the window was cracked open and there was no toilet paper or kleenex. got ready for supper and left. When returning to the hotel for the night The key we had did not work for room 313 so i went to the front desk he told me i was not in 313 i was in 331????? I told him my things are in 313 so i went to 331 sure enough i can get into 331 with the key now??? so he had to come up and open 313 and pack up our things and take them to 331? needless to say i placed things in front of the door so if this mix up would hapen at least i would wake up!!!! All i can say is thank ABC no one was in 313 and walked off with out stuff?

My boyfriend and I stayed here in between moving apartments because it was cheap. They made us keep our cats in cages even though we paid to have them there because the room service was "scared of them" even though we told them we didn't want any room service. The service is rude and annoying because even after we placed the no room service sign on the door and told the front desk that we didn't want them to come in they still bothered us. The place is very dirty. Horrible room service. Noisy and ghetto, we woke up to the police outside yelling in the hallway. They also tacked on random charges and refused to explain them. We ended up going to Extended Stay (which is fantastic) for the remaining days and pretty much paid the same amount.

Good place to stay for the money
10/18/2010My room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the only real problem was the shower head much too low. i'd stay again.

Spend the couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else! Not worth saving a few bucks. Pictures of hotel very deceiving. The hostess was rude and unaccommodating. There was a water leak in A/C unit of our first room, and we were told to 'put a bucket under it'. When we called for a second time, we were finally moved to the room right next to elevator... we could hardly sleep because of noise from it. NO coffee pot in the room, and were afraid to ask, for fear of rude treatment. Remote on TV didn't work, and we had to call several times to resolve the issue. Sheets and towels smelled musty and old. There was water damage on the ceiling of the room and broken electrical outlets. The pillows were lumpy and old. There was no water pressure in the shower and no plug for the tub. We felt like we couldn't even get all the soap rinsed off because of lack of water pressure. . Save your money and stay anywhere else in the cities!!!

At $*/night for a hotel on the edges of a major metropolitan area, I couldn't have asked for anything more. It's nothing fancy, but the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. If I had to desperately search for something to complain about I'd say it's a little weird that the shower is seemingly built for someone 4-feet tall. I didn't partake of the continental breakfast, so I can't speak to the quality of that.
