The hotel profile said it was across from Cowboys Stadium walking distance to Rangers Ballpark in Arlington . There was NO WAY anyone in their right mind would walk in that area to any attractions and if the BallPark in Arlington was close by to walk, whoever included that in the description was highly mistaken. The hotel parking lot is directly beside an apartment complex and the hotel is in front of a strip mall with a liquor store and other low end establishments. The only thing that went right was check in. We noticed the breakfast area was as soon as you entered the front door. (That was going to be interesting in the morning.) The beds were very uncomfortable. If you plan on bringing a pet, you are in luck. This hotel allows pets. The reason why I know is a) the sign in the lobby and b) the dog across the hall barking all night. If the dog was not barking keeping us awake, the people next door fighting did. I thought we were being attacked with all of the, "f-bombs" being dropped. We did call the front desk and the verbal barrage did cease for a while but started up around 6:30 am. We decided to get up and eat breakfast and check out. Remember the breakfast area. Well , needless to say there was not room for many people to eat and/or get something to take back to your room. We decided to forgo breakfast at the hotel and checked out. I did mention to the front desk we were not pleased with our stay...mentioned the dog, the cursing, the breakfast, the location.

Family trip to six flags with three kids. The place was dirty, walking on the carpets turned the bottoms of our socks black. Was charged $* for a cot which we were told over the phone was free. Had to go to the front desk and haul the cot to the room ourselves. People across the hall were having a party, there is no onsite security. Called front desk to complain but the night clerk spoke very broken English. Location was convenient but in a very shady area; lots of foot traffic around the hotel and loitering at all hours of the night.

We came with our chldren and had a great time! We got a great view of the new Cowboys Stadium. We had a concern with our first room but the staff took cared of us and were attentive. In the morning, after their hot waffle breakfast, we bought some discount six flags tickets at the front desk which saved us from having to stand in line under the hot sun. We had to pay cash for the tickets and so bring cash. Credit cards will get you only so far. We took a leisurely ride on the trolley to Six Flags and spent a great day there. After a day under the sun, the kids were ready to cool dow in the hotel's pool. At night, we went next door to an all you can eat pizza place - which was great for the kids and light on the wallet. We will be coming back.
