I checked in late at night, and the transaction was handled through a small opening in a security window by a clerk who wasn't very friendly, nor did he speak loud enough to be heard over the air conditioner on his side of the check-in window. As there were no irons or ironing boards in the room, I requested one and it was passed through a door opened quickly, and closed quickly. There were some seedy ladies hanging out on the stairwells at 11:55pm as I checked in. The room was fairly clean, large, but in need of "refreshing". The tub stopper would not fit in the tub, it was set to the side, and wouldn't fit in the drain anyway. This might be a bargain for $*/night, but definitely not even close to worth $*night. Keep it a "Dark Secret", and don't tell ANYONE!

I called ahead and asked the management for a room on the bottom floor with hard firm beds. When I arrived I had a room with 2 hard firm beds and on the bottom floor as I had requested. The staff were very helpful and I wanted to thank them for that. I was generally surprised and very unhappy that a Hotel/Motel in the Galleria area did not have a pool. We felt trapped and could not go somewhere else because of the penalty that we had agreed too with Days Inn. We considered other options. Our recommendation is to put a pool/spa in even if it is a small pool/spa for your customers to use. We have been to other places Hotels/Motels from New York to California and they all have some kind of pool and spa. Please consider closing in the drive thru area and put the pool/spa there.

Stayed here in two rooms with another adult and our church (girls) youth group. She arrived early to check in, had to request the previously requested microwaves be put in the rooms, and that one of the bathrooms be cleaned as it was unacceptable. Late that night, I was informed that we would be charged extra upon check out. The night mgr claimed that anyone over age 12 was an adult and we would be charged for them as such. This was contradictory to what we were told when we made the reservation. He was very rude and kept rattling off more fees. The ""breakfast"" offered was next to nothing, and they were out of several of the few things offered. When we checked out, we were charged an additional $. Will never stay here again, and because of this particular hotel, will think twice before staying at any Days Inn in the future.

I've been here before and I'm happy to see it has improve, the breakfast is much better than before. Now the Internet is fast. The A/C and ceiling fan were noiseless. Our check-in/out was faster and the staff very friendly as always.
