We had a horrible experience. We were fooled by other's reviews. Do not make the same mistake. This place is more of a motel than resort. The rooms are all ocean view, but the bed was uncomfortable, the mirror in the bathroom was chipped and after their attempt of replacing a vanity mirror they had forgotten to paint the patches on the walls. Their customer service is horrible. The bartenders and waiters get mad and roll their eyes when you order anything and normally you have to wait over 20 minutes for a drink. They advertise that they have 4 restaurants, well that’s not true. Your dining options are very limited. They have one area with gorgeous views but also the worst breakfast of your life. The bar area on the water is the only place opened most of the day. They also have a pizza place that is only open 4-9. The casino is not attached to the resort and you have to cross the dark street to get there. That’s the extent of your dining options. They give you a wrist band that you have to wear for all inclusive and they change the band color on Saturdays. I had no idea this was the case until I got 2 phones calls from the front desk at 8 am on Sat. morning to go change my wrist band. They do give you towels but they do not take good care of their beach chairs and their beach. (bartenders) who actually care about their job. If I was the hotel manager I would fire the rest of the staff and hire people that actually want to work. The wild life in the bay is good.

If you are looking for a quiet trip away from town in a comfortable hotel this would be the place for you. The staff and food was excellent. The dining choices were limited but we never experienced a bad meal. Our room was adequate but we did have ants in the bathroom. I felt completely safe at all times. The beach area was nice and we did not have trouble getting chairs to enjoy the sun. Snorkeling and non- motorized sports were available. My main concern is that it was a distance to town and you had to get to town to enjoy most of the island experiences. Each trip was $* per person round trip. In a nutshell, if you want to go somewhere and lay on the beach and relax this is the place for you. If you prefer to be active and busy, you may want a hotel closer to town.

Good hotel for the price and truly has a resort feel. Secluded (on the east end of the island) but it was a nice hotel. Few bells and whistles but really enjoyed the casino and the east end pizza shack. Would recommend if you are looking for R&R.

First off , if diving in St Croix you will be way off the track . You'd be better off on the west end besides that's where the sun sets. Overall the hotel during our stay Early June 2009 was empty so you felt you were alone. Food quality was very good for an Island in which the food should not be the focal point. Beach was in tough shape and the surface is rocks and plant life. "the Casino is a walk away but didn't visit it. Healthclub facility are minimal with the multigym broken. Summary is you get what you pay for .
