This hotel is a very comfortable property. Located behind dozens of trees, which gives a bit of a distant feel from the hustle & bustle of the roads. Late night staff very accommodating / and warm cookies a pleasant surprise. Morning staff seemed a bit irritated with quests, but with the additions of a good restaurant, added features like cafe bar, indoor / outdoor pool and business station; makes this place a very good hotel.

We liked the stay, except we didn't sleep much. People in the room next to us were very loud until well past midnight. Also, a family with several children came in very late and the parents allowed the children to run up and down the hallway, yelling and playing. When we let the person at front desk know about it, she just shrugged, and said sorry. Other than not sleeping much, it was a nice place to stay.

Getting a cookie when you check-in is just the beginning! The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the room service was fast! ! My only downfall was that the TV didn't have as many stations as I'm used to and the remote wasn't working well. There was some kind of convention going on that caused there to be loud guests roaming the halls til about 2am, but that's not really the hotel's fault. I will be coming back!

Very poor remarks
11/12/2006I have been at other doubletree locations and the sweetdreams beds were out of this world, but the bed ay this location was not the same. made my back hurt ...
I have been at other doubletree locations and the sweetdreams beds were out of this world, but the bed ay this location was not the same. Made my back hurt like other low quality hotels.
