  Came here to help my parents get ready for Christmas. The hotel is exceptional! Well thought out in that there is no access to the spa/pool/excercise room from main lobby. I loved that breakfast was included and that I could choose from anything on the menu or the breakfast buffet! Very clean and friendly! The only complaint I had was that I paid for a river view which was great during the day, but at night I couldn't see out the window because the hotels spotlights shine right into them! It was a minor annoyence though because the curtains where very heavy and blocked out all the light coming in when they were closed.

  I spent just one night here on a road trip home, and I enjoyed it. The staff is good, and the hotel's location is great. There doesn't seem to be much in the surrounding area, but then again, I didn't really venture out to look. The restaurant was pretty good for dinner. Room service (breakfast) arrived earlier than requested, but there was a minor goof which they fixed fairly quickly.

  1.5 housr from metro area, close to outlet mall, nice pool, clean beautiful comfortable room. friendly city great get away.

  Very relaxing, cozy hotel. The beds are comfy and hit the spot. You actually felt at home. I stayed last night and it was just the most relaxing and most comfortable stay we have had at a hotel in a long time
