Recently stayed at this hotel with my wife for 3 nights. Well located in the middle of town, clean and although older well take care of. Room was small but more than adequate for our needs. Staff all very friendly and courteous, lobby bar great place to unwind at night. Overall very pleased with the experience and would go back any time.

Liked the service and especially the location near chinatown, theater district and for ease of transportation the "T" use of Charlie Card makes it easy. Another plus use of the Wang YMCA, bring you swimsuit!!!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and all the staff was very friendly. Its on the outer part of Boston but only steps from a T stop which makes it perfect! the room, staff and parking were all great. The only negative I really had was I was unaware of an additional $* hold on my card for damages that wouldn't be put back into my account until 48 hours after check out. It stressed my finances a little more for the weekend and I am still waiting to see it back on my account. I am not sure if this is common or not as this was my first time renting a room in my name, but I wish I had known ahead of time.

I had a very tight schedule while in Boston and everyone was extremely accommodating. They fortunately had a room available and allowed me to check in much earlier than their 3pm standard. The room was very clean and every staff member greeted me with a smile.
