The staff was great. The hotel room was ok,the beds were confortable. The room and bthrm were both clean. the screen on the window was half torn off, the corridor carpets were not well cleaned and there was alot of scuff on the walls. Restaurant food was good. Pool area was clean and nice as was the jaccuzi. Very convenient to the ski slopes. Complimentary shuttle around town was great - and they were pleasant, on time and willing to help. Very good staff attitudes.

Guest room was just that, a cheaper hotel would offer a better room for less. Courtesy shuttle was an absolute joke. I waited in zero degree temps for 25 min for a ride. I was then told after 25 min the courtesy shuttle was closed for the night and I would have to find a different way to the hotel despite calling for a ride 25 min before they stopped the shuttle.

We stayed here when we went skiing in Breckenridge and it was a decent experience. The staff was very friendly and gave good information to us. The hotel was right at the base of the mountain (peak 9) and even though it wasn't exactly ski in/ski out it was only a short walk which was fine for us. The room was quaint and had a small dinning table w/ a refrigerator which we used and enjoyed having. The bathroom was a bit dated and hard to see in the shower but a good size. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The one thing that was extremely annoying was the strong cigarette smell that would waft through our room whenever the heat came on. It was so bad that we had to keep the window open while we were in the room, even though it was freezing outside. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel, it was exactly what we needed for our trip and in the price range that we could afford.

I've never not been able to take a hot shower, regardless of the quality of hotel. This room did not have hot water to take a bath or shower. Maintenance responded (after some effort as our phone also did not work, despite already having reported the phone problem to the front desk) and told us as we were only staying one night he wasn't going to fix the shower and that the hot water problem was likely due to everyone else taking showers at the time. Not true. The water never got about frigid level. The next morning we informed management about the problem (the manager; and, without apology, was offered a refund of the resort fee of $*. She was very rude about it and seemed to think it wasn't her problem as we booked through travel online and told us to call them (which we did and are waiting on them to communicate with hotel). After complaining the manager simply started to ignore me. Wow.

Hotel staff was very friendly upon our arrival. When we checked into our room there was an odor from fresh painting that had been done that day in the room. We called the desk and they immediately moved us to a new room and upgraded us as well. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the location of the hotel. We did not eat onsite so we can not comment on the resturant. The slopes were just a short walk from the front of the hotel and there was a secure onsite ski storage area. The town was a 5 -10 minute walk from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.
