I have stayed at this hotel for several months and the new look is incredible. The rooms are so comfortable and the lobby is stunning. I received excellent service at the Front Desk and from Room Service. I also love the new fitness center equipment. I am looking forward to my next stay

I was completely impressed with the Doubletree. They just finished renovating and the hotel looks great. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and gave me great directions. I ordered pasta from room service and it was delicious. The flowers on the tray were a nice touch. I was very pleased with my stay and I will definately choose this hotel again. I loved the cookies!! I also enjoyed the fitness center.

Hotel under constuction: Do not stay here on any day even weekends if you plan to be in the hotel during the day. The noise from the construction vibrates through the entire building. Room: King Suite When arrived the toilet was brown. The the hot water for both the shower and sink were also brown at start. I am sure this is due to all the constuction but it was very bad to see water in toilet brown. Would think cleaning crew would flush twice to get rid of it. TV: The stations provided did not come in well and not a good selection. Did not have a program guide. My menu guide button did not work? Desk: The chair for the desk is very uncomfortable. Does not raise high enough with the desk height. If you have to do any work from your room I hope it is very little. The shades for the windows were missing - the white ones that let light through behind the heavy sun blocking shades. Phone: Phone by the bed did not work. Work out facility: Both treadmills did not work. First one would not go past .1miles per hour. Second treadmill the track had a big teir in it. This looked like it was this way for a while.

I lived in Little Rock and the Doubletree downtown used to be a very nice hotel. It is not anymore. It is run down, the staff are rude and the room has a very uncomfortable bed. This hotel is not in as optimal a location as it looks on the map. You must drive to the River Market. It was not worth the price and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room had been reserved for weeks, was not ready at 4;30 even though check in time was 3:00. We were sent away for 30 minutes and when we returned it still wasn't ready. We were given one free breakfast for our inconvenience, but this did not satisfy me. The rooms on the 14th floor were hot, we had to go to Wal-Mart to purchase a box fan to be able to sleep. The hotel had fans set up on the 14th floor. I had to call for shampoo and when the housekeeper came to the door, she acted as if I was causing an inconvenience. We did not get the robes that were advertised. We waited 1 1/2 hours for room service the second night.
The pool has no steps, you must climb up and down the ladders to get in and out and it would be difficult for anyone with any knee problems. I was expecting a luxury stay and was disappointed. I advise you to go further down the street.
