We have stayed in this hotel 4 times now, taking advantage of their park & fly package. The hotel is clean, well-kepy and welcoming, especially as the renovations are now largely completed. There are a variety of rooms available. The basic room is a little small, but adequate for a stopover. the corner rooms are a little bigger, and the executive floor rooms can be quite nice. There are a number of restaurant options in the hotel, although some of them have bizarre hours. They can also be on the expensive side, but dining in the bar/grill area is reasonable. There are a number of restaurants including fast food joints within easy walking distance across Dixon Road. Shuttle sevice to & from the airport is good. Location is close to the airport, and within a minute or two of 2 major expressways. We'll stay there again!!

Pro: location next to airport and close to main freeway, conference room, pool with water slide. Cons: view - I have never seen so many power line in one place. Water slide only open from 4-8. Room size is a tad small for double beds. 5 elevators located in one area so it's quite a walk to the rooms at the end of the hal after a few turns. $*/day for parking and still have to walk a distance as no overnight pakring allow to section close to the entrance? Only one staff at service desk at both check in/out when there was 4+ people waiting in line. I would only stay again if the price is lowered and paking fee is waived.

Front desk was very friendly. Warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival were highly appriciated. Room service was very good, we highly reccomend the quesadilla. Pool was lovely, great slides. Fittness room was awesome, very enjoyable. We were put off by the other two reviews and we almost didn't stay there, so we booked it for one night and as soon as we got there and realized how great the hotel was, we booked it for three more. We highly reccomend this hotel, great for the value that the travel website offers.

Well below expectations. We chose this hotel for the pool and whirlpool available. Whirlpool was not working and pool did not appear to have been properly cleaned in a long time. Front desk staff tried to charge for parking which was to be included in my package. Continental breakfast was also to be included and front desk staff claimed no knowledge of this. Very frustrating. Room was large but dingy. Stains on couch and carpet.
