We occupied 3 rooms for 3 days. The facility was undergoing a much needed renovation. But that meant huge dumpsters in the parking lot, elevators lined with cardboard, and the resulting construction noise, dust and disruption. My biggest gripe is that after paying for 9 room days I asked if we could leave all of our bags in one of the rooms for 1 hour after the checkout time. This is a request that I have never had refused when a hotel does not have a bag storage room. The desk clerk said no. Not "No, I am sorry I can't do that" just a plain defiant "No". After being pressed for a solution, she said we could leave the bags in an unattended corner, but "They might get stolen" because of the neighborhood it is in. The rooms were OK, the neighborhood a little dicey, the price was great, but they need new staff.

This was a nice hotel for what I needed. It is in the heard of the city and you can walk to most places. The rooms were clean and the staff very nice. Why pay the * a night for the hotel across the street if you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this is a better deal.

I came in early and they cherrfully sent me up to my room. It had new matching furniture, a king size bed with pleasing decor. TO my surprise there was a microwave, half size refrigerator, and a real (not the stupid pod machine that some Hilton Hotels and others use) 4 cup coffee pot. The staff was efficient and friendly and the free wireless internet worked all over the room unlike some Hyatts I have stayed in (paying 13 bucks a day). The continental breakfast included hard boiled eggs. a nice extra for a diabetic who cannot do pastry.
