Important Hotel Information
- Shuttle Service:
- 7AM to 11PM (hours of operation)
- 15 per roundtrip from the airport (Sea-Tac Airport to hotel)
- The shuttle will pick up the guest at Courtesy Island 1. When the guest arrives, simply call them and wait at Courtesy Island 1. Takes about under 10 mins to get there for pickup.
- Please Note: A reservation for the shuttle must be made at least 3 days prior to using the shuttle service.

Had family visiting for the holidays and needed somewhere inexpensive for them to stay. Booked here and was VERY PLEASED with the service, the room was everything we needed (2 queens, non-smoking), clean facilities, breakfast was great! We loved that there were multiple restaurants that were open within walkind distance as well. Will definitely book here again!

Booked this hotel for the first night we fly in from Michigan. It was easy to find from the airport, clean and comforable. We could walk to a great place to eat either breakfast, lunch or dinner. We enoyed it so much we booked it for two more nights before we fly out for home.

It was clean, comfortable, inexpensive and nothing fancy, which is what I was looking for. I had to fly in from Dallas to do a couple of days of apartment hunting in the Renton area. My room was facing the 405, but noise was not a problem. Typical economy class lodging, thin towels, etc. but there was a decent free continental breakfast with do it yourself waffles that were yummy. There are Dennys and Subway next door and McDonalds and Starbucks across the street. I'd stay there again.
