  We stay at the Embassy suite in Dublin quite often and love it. Not so in Beachwood, it was awful! Children ran and played tag in the halls the entire night and then, the room was right above the breakfast buffet so chairs began scraping by 5am. The jacuzzi was broken. When we called for an extra blanket we had to call twice. The second time (an hour later) we were snapped at that they were working as fast as they could. Upon check out, the gentleman asked if we were happy with our stay, when I reported that we were not he just shrugged his shoulders and said he was sorry. If you are staying in Beachwood stay, don't chose this hotel.

  I stay in hotels probably 150 nights a year and it really smooths the stay when the first people you meet are friendly and helpful... actually seem glad you are ...

  I stay in hotels probably 150 nights a year and it really smooths the stay when the first people you meet are friendly and helpful... actually seem glad you are there... many hotels have seen the light lately after the problems they suffered after what happened in NY... let's hope that no matter how full and busy they get that they all remember that the reason they exist is the person writing this review...
  
  This Embassy is pretty nice... reasonable rates, friendly staff, managers happy hour isn't so cheap you can only get one beer... the food is decent for a chain hotel... if the elevators are all working that service is fast... breakfast is pretty good and there are a lot of takers of the free buffet...
  
  Overall a pretty decent place to stay.
