Embassy suites troy the front desk help was great in helping when asking for directions to local shopping.While eating there in the morning the food was good and personal was friendly and made us feel welcomed. the rooms were spacious and cleaned and the hotel had a welcoming feeling to it. I will be returning to this hotel again if in the area.

We had a good experience at the Embassy Suites in Troy. The front desk was friendly and helpful. They had a great list of nearby restaurants for us to choose from. The lobby area was clean and welcoming and the complimentary drinks and snacks were enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a TV in each room - one for the kids and one for the adults. There were plenty of towels on hand for both the room and the pool. There were only a few things that we disliked. The coffee maker in the room did not work. And, the hot tub was closed for maintenance when we arrived. It was working the following day, however. The pool area was not as clean as we would have liked. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would visit this location again!

Stayed over a weekend two different times with my family. The two room suites were wonderful. Two tv's so everyone was happy. Room very clean and staff very friendly they were always there to provide whatever you needed. There was something there for everyone from the oldest to the youngest to enjoy. Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Will stay again.

Stayed in this hotel with my wife and kids. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The kids loved the pool and we had a lot of fun.
