The suite was very nice clean. The staff very polite adn helpful. The breakfast was great and the area was very clean. The only thing I would like to see is have a couple of hours of pool time for adults no children.

Because of other activities elsewhere, most hotels were sold out for the weekend we were visiting K.C. But because of the size of our family, we were all but forced to stay here. We'll be back. The staff was great, the hotel room was clean and more that accommodated us, it was a short 15 minute drive to Worlds of Fun and the two minute drive to the Zona Rosa shopping area revealed a unique shopping experience and some great eats. Being by the airport was not an issue and even on the top floor never heard a jet landing or taking off. Only issue was there was only one cook for the breakfast in the morning and there was a little wait for a made to order omelet, which I thought was unusual because we've stayed at Embassy's before and never had that problem. Other than that it was a great experience and we'll be back.

We stayed at this hotel with our high school band, over 100 people. I have not heard any negative comments from anyone. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the staff very friendly and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience!

I've been staying at the airport hotel for many years. The furniture in the rooms are old and dirty. I have to ut a towel down just to sit on the couch or chairs. I love the hotel, obviously, if I've stayed there for years. The beds and pillows are wonderful. However I have not stayed there my last 5 visits because the hotel is wearing out. Plus the staff seems to be changing all the time. It was great when I'd return and they new my name. This past year when I've made reservations directly with the hotel, my reservation was wrong. No excuse that for. I always call back to make sure it is what I've reserved. This review is for the MCI KC hotel. Other Embassey have been great.

After reading reviews on this KC hotel, I was very leary of what to expect. It turned out to be a very positive experience. The staff was outstanding in their efficiency and willingness to help. The free breakfast was wonderful - cooked to order. The rooms were large, clean, and welcoming. Happy Hour was wonderful with an outstanding bartender. When we asked for snacks later on in the evening at the bar, she found some for us. The rooms all open to a well kept atrium. Thank you for a very positive overall experience.
