We have stayed in many Embassy Suites and this was by far our least favorite. Stained sheets on the pull-out bed. Requested an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly - seemed to have some alignment problems. Breakfast buffet ran out of everything - no milk, bread, bacon, pancakes, french toast, pastries, juice of any kind, potatoes, oatmeal - and this was not at the end of the designated serving time either. They had 45 minutes left to serve people. Customer service was non-existent. They tended to snarl at you if you dared to ask a question. The living area was quite a bit smaller than in other Embassy Suites we have stayed in but other than that, I didn't mind the new arrangement. The newer arrangement, without the open atrium in the center, did make the rooms quieter. It was very easy to get to downtown from the hotel.

the hotel was modern and new. Our room was clean. I liked the appearance of the room. We had two flat screen TVs(one in the bedroom and one in the living room) so there was no dispute about what to watch. The exercise facility was my favorite; the machines were awesome and the TVs on each was great. Overall, a great stay. The breakfast and breakfast area was also a plus.

I was traveling through town on business and stayed at this hotel, it is a brand new Embassy and uses a new modern design that was amazing. The lobby area is very different than the normal Embassy. Instead of a big column in the middle, it is open wide and a lot cozier. The rooms are also different, rather than walking into the sitting room then into the bedroom, they were more like an apartment. The bathrooms were nice and spacious, a nice change from the cramped old bathrooms at most Embassys. Same managers reception and breakfast as Embassy always has. I would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall TWO THUMBS UP!
