  We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites in Norman. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good and there was something for everyone. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The employees were polite and helpful. We were in Norman to attend the Bart Conner Gymnastics Camp. It is easy to get there from the hotel although it is not as close as it might appear as it is across the highway. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Camp!

  Let me start by saying that the hotel is very beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately that is where it ends. My husband and I were on a weekend getaway with room service and quality time together. There is NOT room sevice on the weekend "what"? We had to ask for the drinks to be replenished in the room, the bell hop and valet service were horrible. We took our own luggage to and from the room and had to ask 2 different people to park the car. Not very happy with the service for the Presidential Suite of $* a night.

  I traveled with my wife and two kids. This hotel is worth every dime spent. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean. The breakfast is excellent. The free happy hour is fantastic. While there is a happy hour for the adults there is a room for the kids to play games, the Wii and / or watch a movie. Plus they have ice cream for the kids during this. The pool is open 6 am to Midnight. so your free to go when ever it suits you. There is a Target and Kohls across the street incase you forget anything while traveling. There are resturants very close to the hotel. Ranging from Steak house to fast food. All in all this was a very good trip. My only complaint is the pillows, they are a feather pillow with no support but that's a personal preference.

  We visited this hotel for a conference and enjoyed our stay immensely. The facility maintains the highest level of custormer service. The rooms are sparkling clean and the breakfast was delightful. We had a terrific stay.

  I reserved a smoking room for 4 days. When I checked in, I was informed that they had given my room to another person the day before and that they were booked solid. I was given the same room only with nonsmoking status. My party had to go outside every time they wanted to smoke. It was very inconvenient.
