This type of accommodation is perfect for me because I don't use a lot of extras and it fits my budget! The room was clean, air conditioner was perfect, tv just fine, employees polite. My only suggestion would be that the front desk supply each out of state guest a DETAILED map showing how to find your location at 5100 Highway 290, Austin. I was totally unprepared for the intricate highway system and the frontage roads running alongside Loop 1 and East and West alongside 260 whith multiple lanes and their marking system, and the good ole boys going 90 mph in the 55mph zone. I left my Aunt's nursing home at The Summit at Westlake Hills 1034 Liberty Park Drive at 6:00pm the first night and became so ensnarled in frontage roads and highways it took me until after 9:00pm to figure out how to get to 5100 Hwy 290. I had gotten up at 4:00 am to fly out of Milwaukee the same morning, had no square meal all day, and was tired and hungry and luckily had a packet of oatmeal in my suitcase which I finally ate and went to bed! The second night took 1 hour, the third night took 2 hours. If it hadn't been for the billboard that said "Messiah" it would have been even more difficult! Seeing that sign saved me every time! Couldn't you put up Extended Stay America signs that point the way from 290 and Loop 1 and perhaps make your existing Extended Stay America Sign more noticeable? By the time I flew out of Austin I was swearing I would never drive around that spaghetti freeway system again! But unfortunately, if I want to ever see my aunt again, I will have to. Thanks!
