  The manager was great and for the money it's not bad. Just a couple of things that they didn't offer that others do. They charge a fee for use of the internet. I had also forgotten shampoo and they would have charged for that. Finally, the walls don't have the best insulation as I could hear the TV in the room next door. Can't argue about the cost though.

  I booked online for a non-smoking room. When we got there, the guy at the desk had to go up and "check on the room". I think he went to smell and see how bad the room was, because he put us in a smoking room. Once in the room, we found that there was trash in the bathroom, hair on the floor, the stove wasn't clean, and we even saw a cockroach in the morning. To top it all off, the airport shuttle was 15 minutes late.

  Room was better than most hotels.my only problem was with the night desk lady, i called at midnight to get shuttle told her united , shuttle went to delta, waited ...

  Room was better than most hotels.My only problem was with the night desk lady, I called at midnight to get shuttle told her United , shuttle went to Delta, waited 50 minutes. unexscusable!

  It was my first stay at an extended stay hotel and i found the room was good. there was a kitchenette and the ac unit was quiet, better then many ...

  It was my first stay at an Extended Stay Hotel and I found the room was good. There was a Kitchenette and the AC unit was quiet, better then many economy hotels. While I noticed one or 2 minor things that could have been better, such as the sink stopper was not there and a small hole in the bed cover, they were minor and didn"t really matter.
