  This hotel does not have a pool as the website I viewed said it did. The staff was undertrained and could not help with the problems we experienced. We checked out early but ended up having to wait hours for a manager to help clear the fees on our account because they overcharged us. #1. They lost our reservation (thankfully I'd printed off the confirmation) #2. They didn't give us a room equal to the reservation and it was filthy (hair everywhere, pizza toppings on the floor, a moldy sandwich in a bag under the bed.) #3. No pool. Once the manager arrived he was gracious enough to refund our second nights stay (even though we checked out early and on time) and send us a voucher for a free nights stay. Not sure we will use it.

  Very nice property. eagan is a beautiful area, close to major highways and shopping. lots of trees. very safe neighborhood. friendly staff and clean rooms. i would stay there again.
