  Room had heavy odor and overall not comfortable w/ level of cleanliness. mattresses and bathrooms not clean . i would not stay there again.

  Upon arrival, we were given a smoking room after requesting non; room & bathroom filthy, cigarettes in ashtray. food on floor, hair on tub and sink and non flushed toilet. ended ...

  Upon arrival, we were given a smoking room after requesting non; room & bathroom filthy, cigarettes in ashtray. food on floor, hair on tub and sink and non flushed toilet. Ended up with queen handicap room not king as reserved-this also not very clean but better than other. Bed super-uncomfortable! Terrible experience- couldn't wait to leave!!

  We felt that for the price we paid per night that the rooms, hallways and elevators should have at least been clean!
