  Okay, the hotel would not allow us to refund, first of all. We were on the first floor, rooms were dirty, and NOISY!! Room above us had a large dog, that played with a ball ALL NIGHT. We called the front desk dozens of times, and then finally by the third night, the noise stopped! Seriously, there are many other "suite" type places in the area, find another one!
