Ok hotel especially for the price

Couldn't beat the price for having a full kitchen. The hotel is a little dated, ie old carpets and ligting fixtures but again was easily overlooked for the price. It is in great location if going to either Reliant Center, Reliant Stadium, etc. Fyi, would not recommend booking here if there is a Houston Texans game and your not going to it. They sold the parking spots from the hotel and when I asked if I left to get food would I have a parking spot when I got back I was told they couldn't garuntee it. Also FYI, there is not an ice machine. My room did have to ice cube trays but that wasn't really enough for me so little disappointed.

If the room hadn't been so cheap, I'd never stay there again. The desk clerk was rude, the hallway smelled like rotten food around the elevator. The bed was hard My wife had a hard time getting the tv to turn on, so she called odwn to the desk clerk and she told my wife she would see what she could do. Never heard from her again that night and after my wife made the call, everytime I went down past the desk, (3 times), the clerk was on the phone and just by her body language, it appeared to me to be a personal call.

Very pleased with our stay here. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Dishes and silverware are provided with the room but we only got 2 of each thing, 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 plates, etc. They do have an outdoor pool but it's small and wasn't very clean. The shuttle service to and from the medical center was great, very workable sched and the drivers were very enjoyable as well as the front desk staff. Would definately stay here again.
