This is not a hotel. People are living here on a permanent basis. And said people are leaving their doors open, smoking on their beds in their underwear. They are wandering the halls. This is not a place to stay for a traveler. I checked out immediately and had to relocate during the Thanksgiving holiday. So booking this place cost me a lot of extra money.. It's false advertising.

The features tab on Travelocity says that this hotel has a "complimentary breakfast". Imagine my surprise when I arrived & found my self in a smoking room (I requested a non-smoking room), with no complimentary breakfast & the room was very dirty/smelly (obviously). When I called to complain to the front desk, I was told they are booked full & cannot move my room for me. The beds were VERY uncomfortable as well. I will never stay at this hotel again.... oh, and Travelocity/the hotel should make sure they list their features/ammenities correct.

The hotel description, says "Non-Smoking" under Hotel Amenities AND under Dining Options it says, 'Complimentary Deluxe Breakfast Buffet'. When my daughter called Travelocity to complain about a room that smelled of tobacco smoke, was not very clean and did not offer the breakfast buffet, she was told that I had booked a smoking room and there was no breakfast offered. She talked to the staff first and was told there were no other rooms available. Why did you tell my daughter that I had booked a smoking room for her and that there was no breakfast buffet? Their site clearly states NON SMOKING AND BREAKFAST BUFFET INCLUDED. BOTH TRAVELOCITY AND THIS MOTEL ARE AT FAULT. This hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. It is actually a motel and people live there. The cops showed up 2 of the 3 nights I stayed there for domestic disputes next door. I have seen cleaner outhouses than this bathroom. I really wanted a hotel with a pool. This pool can barely fit more than one person and is in a shaded area. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.
