This location is not a disappointment once you find it. Better signage is needed off the main highway, so you don't bypass the street leading to the hotel. The hotel appears to be brand new or newly renovated. It is clean, has comfortable bedding and uplifting color scheme. We stayed in a King size suite that included the refrigerator, microwave and two televisions (one in bed area and the other in the entry area with a nice couch and chair. The complimentary wi-fi works like a charm. I would not hesistate to stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you plan to attend a graduation at Fort Jackson, the reason for our visit. The complimentary breakfast provides a decent selection, including option to make your own waffles. There is a nearby shopping area with several restaurants from which to choose (Outback, IHOP, Chili's and others). There is a nice barbecue area and a pool (but it was to cold to use it). This hotel was exactly as the online pics (look at the pics, the orange/green/black) . The decor in the lobby to the room was absolutely beautiful. Evening staff was awesome, spoke each time we passed by. The room was clean with comfortable beds, the bathroom was nice I didnt want to leave. Breakfast was plentiful with a nice selection. If you have to go to Columbia, we were there for my sons graduation, you must stay here. But book early. GREAT JOB Fairfield!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We recently stayed and found the hotel to be a comfortable place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean. Rooms were quiet clean and newer. Only complaint, neighbors left their dog in the room to bark and scratch at the door one day. Staff was courteous.

We just returned home from our daughter-in-laws boot camp graduation from Fort Jackson. This motel is brand new. One of the two tv's in our room wasn't working, the repair guy was there within 10 minutes. The free breakfast is a bonus as well. The staff all went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. PLEASE don't hesitate to make a reservation here you won't be disappointed.
