I read reviews on here before i booked. We went 2 Universal and Islands of Adventure. Hotel was in a great location and easy 2 find. Staff was very polite and made sure my room was to suit. Complimentary breakfast was a plus and the room was clean and beds were super comfy!! I always try 2 stay with the Marriott chain! Bed comfort means ALOT 2 me! GREAT HOTEL!!

We liked this hotel. The room rate was good. It's walking distance to Universal Studios theme park, and breakfast is included. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a safety deposit box for valuables, which was a nice feature. The only problem we had was with the internet service: wireless was only available in the lobby, and the wired internet service did not work in our room.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days. The breakfast that was included had so many choices i was thrilled with the blueberry waffles,Fresh baked cookies were waiting in the lobby every day. the staff were very friendly. the rooms were super comfy and clean and we could walk to universal studios and our favorite restaraunts.I would definitley recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an upclass feel but doesn't want to spend a fortune!

This hotel is conviently located near Universal Studios. Walkable if you do not have children and it is not hot outside. There are shuttles to the studios but they only travel to the parks in the morning and back to hotel in afternnon and evening. If you want a taxi it cost around $7. The room was very clean! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. If you had an issue they would help you. They even let us use their computer to print out our airline boarding passes. The free breakfast was better than any fast food place that you could think of. Breakfast sandwiches, bagels, donuts, cereal, yogurt. A Burger King is located right there and a Wendy's a short distance away. The bed was extremely comfortable. The mattress was better than my mattress at home. The bathroom has the toilet and shower in one room and a sink seperate. The shower/toilet area was bigger than the rooms at Disney All Stars Resort. The pool is small but is kept clean. Also a Whirlpool spa. Television stations were good. Other than swimming not much else to do at the hotel or local area without a car. I would definetly stay there again if I was not staying on the Universal property.! If you are going to the Studios and it is going to be crowded I strongly reccomend that you get the express pass. You only need one day for the Studios and one day for the Islands of Adventure. The City Walk is great if you are an adult and plan to consume alcohol or eat at a nice restaraunt. Otherwise, nothing for the kids.

We come to Universal Studios every year for the Halloween Horror Nights and had never stayed here before. I booked this room on line because of the reviews I had read from past guest who had stayed here. I was very impressed by how very friendly the staff was and how eager they were to help with any questions we had. The cookies they give out at the front desk were so good. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable too that I had to inquire the next morning to the staff when we were checking out as to what kind of mattresses they use. We are planning to use this Hotel everytime we stay in Orlando from now on. I want to say too that the free breakfast was more than we were expecting. There were plenty of items to choose from. I guarantee that if you book here you will not regret it at all... I know we are glad that we booked and will continue doing so from now on.
