  The first review sounds great. Wish we could say the same! We booked several rooms four out daughter's wedding. There was another wedding party on the 3rd fl. totally out of control. Staff attempted to offer them a meeting room but with NO FOLLOW UP. At one point there were at least 40 people in the halls drinking, smoking, sitting/standing/lying....guitars. Alerted staff several times but there is no Secuirty Staff or Cameras. At night there is apparently ONE PERSON ON DUTY to a completely booked hotel. She could not go up and handle the problems. We had a wheel chair for our 90 year old mother that we could barely get down the hall one night due to the amount of people lotering in the hall. On top of that we had a child with severe asthma that had an attack due to the smoke! This was horrible and all we have been offered is an email that basically said "SORRY FOR ANY INCONVIENCE". Requested to talk to Corporate and have heard nothing. This was not an inconvience, it was unbelieve fire, health and safety hazard. If you MUST stay at this hotel...........warning.....if there is a reunion, wedding or anything else. They are not equipped to handle it. No compensation was offered for the four five rooms we booked. Oh yeah, the pool was green.

  There isn't a better hotel in hartsville. we stay there every year we attend our family reunion. the hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. ...

  There isn't a better hotel in Hartsville. We stay there every year we attend our family reunion. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. We will be staying there again this year. As far as Fairfield Marriotts go I've stayed in some good and some bad, this one was really great.
