My room was not cleaned & when I call the front desk the desk clerk hung the phone up in my face asking me what should he do about. He refused to send up clean towels to assist me after the room was left dirty. The door keys had to be reprogramed every day. The over all service was bad & I will not stay @ this hotel again. The location is good.

i was in town for a class and forgot my info at home. the staff was very helpfull at helping me find the info i needed to get there on time. also the complementary computer was down so they let me use the one at the front desk to look what i needed.

Worst motel I have stayed at in a long time. There are bugs and roaches in room, a/c in room doesn't work, the tv reception is fuzzy and to top it off, you walk outside and see the trash at the Family Inn hanging out on balcony looking at you and your family. There is no security at this dump either. The breakfast sucks and you can barely understand the clerk at desk. I will never stay here again and hope you take this post serious if you're thinking about staying here!!

This is a $* hotel for an $* price. The rug had not been vacuumed, there was mildew in the bathroom, and the mis-matched furniture was crammed in such a way that it was difficult to walk in the room! It also appeated that the room had not been dusted in ages. It was gross. Don't waste your money here.
