I loved the hotel. it was very colorful and vibrant. Great location. it would have been a perfect stay except that when we got ready to go to bed my bed was covered in sugar ants. apparantly room service didnt move the bed from the wall and get the candy stick that was stuck to the wall. We had a queen suite with four adults and a child. i couldnt call from the room because out of two phones neither worked in our room. i had to go in the hall in my night clothes and use the phone. Staff stated that they would have to swap our rooms. That would have been inconvenient but fine if they wold have had another queen suite available...which they didnt! they were moving us to a regular room and bring in a cot!! umm no! we asked for bug spray and clean bed linens. We sprayed ourselves for bugs an changed the bed ourself. i thought i would have at least got a discount since we had to end up sharing the suite with hundreds of ants...but i didnt!! other than that i loved the hotel. If i ever go back to orange beach i ill stay there again!!

The Hotel was nice But watch out for hidden charges. We where never told the Hotel was a smoke free hotel and after checking out they billed my credit card $* for smoking in the room. We dont mind playing by the rules but when the rules are not given thats when we feel like we where cheated. There is nothing posted in the room and we where not notified at check in. So guests beware, who knows they may charge you for the ice.

We stayed at this hotel March 18-21, 2010. It is new so everything was very clean. The breakfast was good but the attendants could barely keep everything stocked due to several soccer teams staying at the hotel also. It is across the road from the beach but the beach is easily accessible by a crosswalk. We decided to drive to the nearest public beach which only took a minute or two. The hotel is also next to a shopping center with a grocery store and several places to eat which is convenient. The pool is heated which was a big plus since the March weather was still cool. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.

My husband, 5 year old son and I stayed here in October 2009. The staff is very friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and very nice. My husband especailly loved this hotel because all he had to do was walk out of the back door and fish! They allow guests of the property to fish. The pool was also nice, my son enjoyed it. The beach is located right across the street (walking distance from the hotel). . . and the nice folks who own the restaurant near the cross-walk which leads to the beach allows you to park your vehicle and walk across the street to the beach! There is a grocery store and other stores as well right next to the hotel. At this price, this was an excellent choice. We really enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach and would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again :-)
