We stayed here for our New Years getaway to Sea World. We stayed in the King room with pull out sleeper sofa. The room was clean, and well maintained. There was plenty of room for me, my wife and my younger boys. The night I stayed I noticed a security officer walking the grounds and parking lot quite regularly. That helped me feel better about leaving my car in the parking lot. They offer a free shuttle to and from Sea World. If you decide to drive to Sea World it is only about 3 easy minutes away. There is a convenience store within a short walk through the parking lot. The breakfast was your typical continental, but the dining area was larger than in most hotels I've stayed at. It even had a cozy fireplace in the dining area which I thought was a nice touch. The coffee was good, the food was decent, and the room was comfortable. This is not a fancy place, but it is very nice. Overall our stay was great. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Sea World.

Stayed here recently while attending BMT for our daughter. Mike, at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The two women that also worked the desk were not very friendly. Upon using the bathroom that evening we noticed a large amount of human hair behind the door. It was late so we said nothing until the next evening when we came back to the hotel. Once again the hair was still there even after the cleaning staff had been there. It was promptly cleaned up after our complaint. The hotel is not in a very convenient location as far as restaurants and other entertainment other than Seaworld. You have to drive at least a mile or so and driving in San Antonio is no treat. The only real benefit to the hotel is the free breakfast. Overall I would say our stay was disappointing. We have stayed at this hotel chain before and have been completely satisfied. Not this time.

The people at the hotel could not have been nicer. The shuttle driver to SeaWorld gave us his cell number to call when we wanted to be picked up, so there wasn't any waiting around or hurrying up to catch a scheduled pick-up time. Also, not only was the continental breakfast more than delicious and filling, the employees there gave us plenty of tips on places to go that were not on the typical tourist list of places to go. We're planning on staying here the next time we go to Sea World, as well.

Normally, I do not take the time to write a review. I was very impressed with this hotel. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and researching hotels for this trip. We have a very active 11 month old baby. I was concerned with the cleanliness of the hotels. I didn't want my baby to crawl around on dirty, nasty carpet. The hotel was very clean, and the personel was very friendly and helpful. It is a great location, if you plan to visit SeaWorld. Also, we went to Fiesta Texas, which was a short, easy drive from the hotel. The breakfast was great. It was better, than the typical continental breakfast. They had waffles and Jimmy Dean Bacon and Egg biscuits. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel for such a reasonable price. We chose it because it is located less than a mile from SeaWorld San Antonio. This hotel is brand new construction, everything still sparkles like it was built yesterday. The decor is very modern/art-deco and gives off a posh vibe that you would typically expect in a $300 + a night room. Wonderful staff, wonderful hotel!
