  Good news: helpful, friendly service (not always a given in Scandanavian cities); well-located only about a block from Tivoli & the central train station so plenty of local transportation options.. Bad news: rooms extremely small, not particularly clean; central location (on a side street) means late-night return to the hotel requires fighting your way through a fairly aggressive group of streetwalkers and drug dealers (not dangerous, just annoying). Last-minute trip required some compromises because city was full or I would not have chosen this place, but would not stay here again.
