This is one of the scariest, most run-down motels I have ever been to in my life. On the plus side, the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful! However, that's where the positive aspects end. As I was checking in, two fun occurrences (just in the 5 min I was checking in!) A man called the front desk on the phone asking the manager to force a woman to return his belongings. She brusquely informed him to call the police and that she could not help him. A group of hoodlums was outside one of the units making a racket which other guests were complaining about, and the manager sent her old lady helper to put a stop to it Perhaps 25% of the rooms were being rented to low-income, apparently jobless people whose broken-down cars littered the parking lot, greatly detracting from any chance this place had of appearing normal. The room itself - stank terribly, no shampoo, no alarm clock, broken TV remote, tiny TV. I would not recommend staying here unless you can deal with this type of thing, and are more concerned with a cheap room than any amenities. I would also recommend bringing your CCW, as Kentucky honors permits from all other states!

MOST OF THE ROOMS IN THIS INN ARE FILLED BY TRANSIENTS WHO LIVE THERE BY THE MONTH. THE PLACE IS OLD AND IN DISREPAIR. THE A/C BARELY WORKED, THE DEADBOLT DID NOT. I PUT THE CHAIR AND THE TABLE IN FRONT OF THE DOOR HOPING NOBODY WOULD TRY TO GET IN DURING THE NIGHT. WE HAD A NO SMOKING ROOM, YET THE BLANKET HAD ABOUT A DOZEN CIGARETTE BURN HOLES IN IT. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE TRASH LONG AGO.
