I stayed at this hotel for 3 long nights and can honestly say it was the most uncomfortable stay I have had in years. Staff was OK, screwed up my charges and overcharged my card by $* which takes my cc company 10 business days to credit my account back. Trash cans were not emptied and big gripe was the heat did not work during the coldest days of year. First night we called and maintenance was sent, poked around for a few minutes, declared it fixed and left. It worked for about 10 minutes and we froze our butts off the rest of the night. Second night, repeat of the first....hotel was full due to AAC championship and only rooms that were available to change to had not been changed over from AC to heat yet. ??? Tried to change to another hotel but again...AAC had Charlotte all booked up. Third night...tonight....as I write this review, I sit in my jacket in my room after being told the heat is working but just needs to cycle through. The hallway is warm and I have resorted to leaving my door open for a period of time to let the heat in. I wont ask for a refund but I will never stay at a Four Points Sheraton again and I do believe I will avoid Sheraton's as a whole. I can without a doubt in good conscious say...avoid this Sheraton. Big thumbs down.

I stayed in the Sheraton going and returning from a car vacation, and had my Sheltie with me. My first night stay was very good. We had a room on the 5th floor, and the air was fresh and clean. The room smelled really good. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet--we slept really well. On the down side, it was obvious that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were not new, and they were not full. I really disliked that. The ""free"" breakfast was really terrible--packaged sugary high fat junk food. The second stay was not quite as good. The room was okay, but because of having the dog with me, they put me on the first floor by the door. The room was not as clean and fresh, and of course it was noisy all night long. Since my dog was quiet and clean on the first visit, I did not think this was necessary. The staff was nice, but they are not very professional. This Sheraton is more like an EconoLodge or Motel 8. It's fine for an overnight stay, but I would not want to spend any more time there.
