stayed there with my family for 8 nights and loved it, staff v nice and friendly, efficient, great playground with adventure Zone next door biggest indoor playground for kids, v good kids club, location perfect on the beach, nice garden, hotel need a reno. but still has lots of charm and warm hospitality...great value !! will be back again.

My wife and I stayed there for 5 days and had a great time. We were traveling in Malaysia and decided to see this island. This hotel is the best place on the beach. Others do not have a place for sun tanning and this place has plenty of chairs. The pool is excelent with food service and beer brought to you. Pricey food and beer but accross the street the local food court and beer is much less. Street vendors every night and music accross the street on Friday. Free.
The breakfast is excellent and there are plenty of tables. Lots of over 40 crowd stayes there. The restruants are expensive, but we walked the area and ate local food. The ship seafood restraunt just down the street had very reasonable prices and excelent steaks and seafood. I will go back to this resort the next time we are in the area. I have traveled the world and try not to spend too much money. This place is a great value for the moderate spender. 5 star resort is next door if you wish. We like to explore the local area and you can do this. The main city is a 30minute taxi ride to the main club area. Taxi station is accross the street and never a wait. The staff is excelent. I will go there again.
