Where to start... The staff are sometimes surly, sometimes nice. You never know what you'll get. The walls are so thin, I could here the entire conversation like they were in the room with me. They only serve breakfast and dinner, buffet style. And only give you a 2 hour window to eat. No lunch, no other foot available. The food in the buffet is not that great - barely edible. The rooms are barely acceptable. No extras that is for sure. You get an electric kettle, but you have to purchase a packet of coffee/tea/sugar. I will not stay here again.

I was in Tel Aviv on business the first week of January and stayed at the Grand Beach hotel. What I liked the most about it was its location. The hotel is beautifully located near the center and the popular Disenhof Street. It is also just across the street from the beach. You can go for a swim or watch a sunset. They have a nice swimming pool on the roof. The room where I stayed was on the 11th floor. It wasn't big but comfortable. It had wireless (you have to pay). One thing worth mentioning is that if you need a big bed (King size, for instance) you need to tell them when you book. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. There is a business center in the lobby, which I did not use. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a nice experience and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

bad food, unpolite staff, unfair management (they tried to give us an old, dirty, damaged room with a view on rubbish, instead of the renovated room with view on the sea for which we booked and payed in advanced). Never again such disgusting experience!
