Our overall stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, the pool wasn't busy at all, and the hotel was very easy to find! We stayed for two nights and would stay again. The only suggestion I have is that people watch out for the best rate. If we would have booked online we would have saved on each night, so it would have been much better than calling months ahead like we did to reserve our stay. Our kids also enjoyed the movies available to pay-to-view.

The accomodations were spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Great location,mihutes to downtown, minutes to airport. Walking distance to many good restaurants. Priced right. We would definitely stay there again.

08/31/2008Very comfortable beds. apon arival, we were notified of a large weding party staying on our floor. they offered us a free room upgrade. nice staff, good dinning.

The facility is amenities associated with higher priced hotels (restaurant, shuttle service, gift shop, exercise room, meeting rooms). However the service from front desk and restaurant staff was slow and minimal. It disappointed that I was not impresses with any staff at a facility that looked so impressive. Did enjoy food in restaurant. Reported fleas in my room to front desk but did not receive any attempts to make it right. For this level of service I felt I was at a Motel 6.

The best feature is the airport shuttle, a chauffered Lincoln Town Car for the 10 min. ride. The hotel itself is a run-of-the-mill property.We had reserved a King Suite, but found that only the living room had an air conditioning unit! The bedroom was so stuffy, we changed to a standard one-room accommodation - the hotel did not reduce our rate for the downgrade, however. .
