Being 2 blocks from the Biltmore mansion, which was our destination, was certainly convenient. And for * bucks a night we really couldn't go wrong. The room was clean, 2 queen beds, the bathroom small but clean and adequate. The turn in off the highway is a little dangerous, watch the person behind you if making a right turn in. The free breakfast I would not count on or recommend. Biscuits with sausage gravy was in fact nothing more than flour, water and pepper, no sausage. The eggs were either powdered or frozen. There was sausage one day out of the three we stayed and no meat the other days. No fruit. The biscuits were like hockey pucks, the coffee weak and the half pints of milk 3 days out of date. Stay for the room value, not the breakfast !

This motel was very convenient to the Biltmore Estate and I didn't need more than a place to sleep . For the price, I was satisfied with the comfort of the bed and the adequate breakfast. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. TINY accomodations. If you need a place to sleep and go, this is adequate.

Clean, basic accommodations for a stay near the Biltmore House. Many restaurants nearby and not too far from downtown Asheville. The staff seemed confident if not too warm. The fitness room had an elliptical, a treadmill, and a recumbent bike. Definitely not a scenic view from the hotel, but less expensive than other nearby hotels.

This Inn has what you want in a place to stay after visiting Biltmore and Ashville sites. Location was great off Rt. 40 with good directions. We enjoyed their array of breakfast choices, well presented foods, pleasant surroundings and tables, TV and internet services - a nice start to our day. Also we were glad to eat at the restaurant next door and not drive around looking for a place the night we arrived. But most of all we were happy to find our beds were extremely comfortable and the refrigerator and room ammenities were a plus! Top this off with great rates and friendly service; we look forward to staying again!
