  The hotel was clean modern ""American style"", set just off the heavily traveled Promenade des Anglais but less than a block to the beach. View from our ""city view"" room was residential courtyard. Helpful staff (spoke English) very nice facility. 15-20 minute walk to Vieux Ville, railroad terminal, bus terminal & tourist sites. Good food in restaurant.
