  I stayed at this hotel when I was visiting the Albany area for a 9/11 ceremony. The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and I felt very safe at this hotel. It is far enough away from the main highways in the area not to hear traffic, but close enough to get onto them within a very reasonable amount of time. It is also close to major attractions, restaurants, and is at the edge of the Albany Mall, which has numerous stores.

  We used the Hampton for all our wedding guests. The managers went above and beyond to make sure that all were accomodated. My guests were pretty rowdy around the pool, but they were never asked to settle down, which was really nice (and unusual) for a hotel. Even though they were a partying group, the managers treated them well. The rooms are nice, the location is great, the breakfast is good. I can't think of one bad thing to say!
