  Everything in the room was filthy. could not use the shower it was so dirty. commode was black because of not being cleaned. chair and ottoman badly stained. bugs throughout. ...

  Everything in the room was filthy. Could not use the shower it was so dirty. Commode was black because of not being cleaned. Chair and ottoman badly stained. Bugs throughout. Breakfast area was no better. I tried to get a refund and was told no. I complained to corporate office. They investigated and agreed with me.

  The room smelled like smoke when we first walked in and i saw a live big roach in the room as well. throughoug my stay i found three more roaces ...

  The room smelled like smoke when we first walked in and I saw a live big roach in the room as well. Throughoug my stay I found three more roaces in the room. The pool was not clean and the pump in the pool was not working.
